I rendered the whole thing in 2560x1440@60FPS and the compression on pornhub makes it look like shit. So better go for the mega files.

No, simply because they must fit to the character and for example I can not imagine ciri with big breasts. Also I think those fake gravity defying ballon tits look horrible.
Your new Ciri x Geralt anim looks like straight out of the game! Hope you make more animations with them together.
That is mainly because I used eevee to render it and eevee renders similar to game engines.

The best VR videos are rendered without camera movement and with a FOV
of 180° per eye so that the viewer can look around by himself instead. I

I would love to see Zoltan in some of your future works. He’s not featured enough in quality witcher sfmp projects.
As you might expect my zoltan model is not good enough for animations. textures dont fit perfectly can not move his fingers or face …. and much more

No, the biggest problem with yen and basically all long haird girls is the long hair. It is so difficult to animate so it looks good and not animating looks even worse. The obvious solution is to use short hairs or keep the head almost upwards so that there is not much movement. then I can use some simple physics in blender.

No not really, the biggest benefit of 2.8 is only that I can render more camera angles in the same time with eevee. But even there are some bugs left. for example eevee does not seem to include any shadow of objects outside of camera view which looks very stupid some times. Just watch some of my latest animations with that in mind and you will see.

Today I have to make a confession. Some of you who downloaded my models might already have recognized the scale of my iniquity.
On the journey to always improve my animations and make even better models I reached a limit of what is possible. To get past that limit I had to do the unspeakable.

No it is not officially out yet, but the beta works already pretty good. Eevee does not use raytracing and is a lot faster.
To get a general idea of how much faster it really is, normaly my animations take about 8 minutes per frame, now it is like 8 frames per minute.
My last yennefer scene was rendered completely with Eevee. The quality is not exactly as good as with cycles and there are still some bugs but I like it and it is not that bad. In fact I think I will from now on only animate with it. That way I can increase resolution and fps and still be a lot quicker.

Creating an animation is like
First part is fun, the second pain, especially because I have high standards for myself and dont want to release any crap I produce.
That is why my motivation to make animations is pretty low right now. I have a couple of animations where the first part is done but I dont feel like continuing.
I have one new animation coming up in maybe 1 or 2 weeks though.
